Rezolve Kernow
Rezolve Kernow has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. The project is for the creation of a reuse and re-cycling centre covering East Cornwall to divert bulky household waste from land fill through the re-use and recycling of unwanted goods collected from local residents.

Penwerris Neighbourhood Pride
Penwerris Neighbourhood Pride has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. The aim of this project is to establish a social enterprise business with the Penwerris ward of Falmouth, providing gardening and handyman services to the area and helping the tenants and residents to live a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.

St Austell Civic Pride
St Austell Civic Pride project has been awarded a priority 5.5 grant. The project is focused on St Austell town centre and the key arrival corridors to the town. It comprises a comprehensive package of works to improve paving, planting, lighting, building frontages, signs, seating and ancillary structures in the town centre streets. In addition the proposals also introduce 'garden gateways' that mark the transition from the surrounding roads to the main Civic Pride area. This is phase one of a five phase programme of works to improve the town centre of St Austell.

Stithians Resource Centre
Stithians Resource centre project has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This project will provide a multi-purpose community building in the centre of Stithians. The project will acquire, refurbish and extend a historic building allowing it to meet modern day requirements.

All Saints Church Community Centre
All Saints Church community centre has been awarded a priority 4.1grant. The project will continue to fund the Development Co-ordinator post (Full Time) and increases the post of Centre Administrator to full time for the community centre in Tuckingmill.

Community Futures Fund Phase 2
Cornwall Enterprise has been awarded a priority 3.4 grant. This project is a continuation of the Community Futures Fund which is a global grant scheme for 'local social capital' projects in the Objective One area of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (excluding Carrick District Council Area). It provides pre-matched grants up to £6,000 to beneficiaries for a range of eligible activities which will improve their employability.

Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 5.1 grant. This project will begin the implementation of the Cornish Language Development Strategy and test the assumptions made within it. The project will establish a work programme for the future through which Cornish can contribute to the cultural, economic and social growth of the region and will also include baseline research.

Caradon Integrated Area Plan Phase Two
Caradon District Council has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. The project will provide continued support for an IAP team who will continue to undertake both the coordination and the direct delivery of the IAP for Caradon. The team will consist of a Programme Manager, a Facilitator and a Project and Finance Assistant who will be responsible for both administrative functions and basic work with community groups. A project to establish a lifelong learning centre, refurbishing redundant buildings to provide community-based training facilities complemented by child care provision and early year’s education. This is a Restormel Regeneration Partnership IAP project under Priority 4.8.
