Bodmin Moor and Camelford Partnership website 'goes live'!

Community groups and businesses in the Bodmin Moor and Camelford area can now view the Bodmin Moor & Camelford Partnership’s new web pages, as www.bodmin-moor.org.uk went live this week.

The Bodmin Moor and Camelford Partnership was set up in October 2001 to provide advice to individuals, community groups, small businesses and organisations about Objective One and other funding opportunities. The Partnership can also help develop projects, build partnerships and assist with funding applications and business plans.

The aim of the new website is to provide information about the Partnership and what it can offer, to as many people as possible across the area. The web pages contain information on everything from ways to get involved with the project to the latest news on projects approved.

Website Manager Rachel Holborow says, “It is hoped that not only will this site give up-to-date information on the activities of the Partnership, but as part of our environmental policy it will also help to reduce the amount of paperwork which is circulated it is hoped that the site will expand and develop with the Partnership.”

David Miller, Chair of the Integrated Area Plan Steering Group, says, “I think it is a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of Objective One and develop community spirit.”

The website can be found at www.bodmin-moor.org.uk. The team is based at Bodmin Business Centre and can be contacted on 01208 79822 or email bmac@cornwall.gov.uk
