TRAC Services steps up growth with appointment of new business development manager
Regulatory Affairs specialist TRAC Services has appointed Andrew Howell as its Business Development Manager to help take the company forward to the next level of its development.
The Camborne-based company, which provides Regulatory expertise for pharmaceutical companies around the world, has enjoyed several years of continued growth and success and has brought Andrew on board to implement a specific new business strategy.
The company was recently named one of the UK's leading entrepreneurial businesses at the BT Essence of Entrepreneurs Awards in London and was also named Business of the Year 2007 by the Cornwall Business Club Awards.
According to TRAC Director Jonathan Trethowan, Andrew will help the company establish a structured approach to its growth and new business development.
"Over the past two years we have enjoyed significant growth which has seen the client numbers, live projects and staff numbers here grow, which has been fantastic. But we are now at the stage in our development where we need to replace what has traditionally been a more organic approach to new business with a specific growth strategy and we very much look forward to Andrew helping us with that," said Jonathan.
Having previously worked in the utilities and mining sectors, Andrew says he is looking forward to the challenge of the new role at TRAC.
Andrew says: "There are exciting times ahead and I'm delighted to join such as first class, forward thinking company. TRAC Services has very impressive business development plans and I will be focusing my time and energy in implementing these strategies on a local, national and international level."
