Photography Students From University College Falmouth Set An Example On National TV

Countryfile's John Craven (right) and University College Falmouth students from the BA (Hons) Photography courseBBC1's national Countryfile programme, presented by John Craven, calls on Falmouth's photography students to show new approaches to photographing the seashore, above and below water.

BBC1's Countryfile programme runs an annual competition for photographing the environment. This year's theme is water, so when they wanted examples of outstanding creative work, they came to University College Falmouth, which runs the only underwater photography course in the country.

Undergraduate photography students, with tutor Tony Sutton, spent a day on the Falmouth seashore with presenter John Craven and a production crew. The results were shown on national television on Sunday 3 July.
